Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users. You pay based on the number of offices in your portfolio, so your whole team can collaborate without seat math.
Can I change plans later?
The Base subscription grows automatically with monthly-active lease usage. Enterprise remains a custom plan activated through sales.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is always yours. Export leases, tickets, vendors, and reports to CSV or PDF at any time. Cancel whenever you like, with no lock-in.
Do you help migrate from Buildium?
Yes. Guided Buildium migration is included with Base and Enterprise. Custom onboarding is available for an additional charge, and scoped data migration services start at $2,500.
Which plan includes AI and digital waivers?
The full AI assistant, lease abstracts, portfolio Q&A, operations briefings, and digital waivers with e-signatures are included in the Base application. Enterprise provides custom allowances and contractual terms.
